Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celcius
Clean the mushrooms using a moist paper towel. Remove the stems carefully and chop them very fine
In a big skillet, heat the oil then add the chopped mushrooms and garlic. Fry till any moisture has vanished. Be careful not to burn the garlic. After which set aside the let it cool
When the mushroom and garlic mixture is already cold, stir in the Parmesan cheese, cayenne pepper, cream cheese, and onion powder. Make sure that the mixture is thick.
Fill every mushroom cap with a little mixture then put the caps on the baking sheet.
Bake for about 20 minutes or until moisture begins to form below the caps.
