Roasted Garlic Cauliflower
  • 1tbsp fresh parsleychopped
  • black pepper
  • Salt
  • 1/3cup grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1large cauliflower
  • 3tablespoons olive oil
  1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celcius or 450 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Place the garlic and olive oil in a resealable bag.
  3. Add the cauliflower and shake the bag.
  4. Then pour into the casserole dish and season with black pepper and salt to taste.
  5. Bake for about 25 minutes.
  6. Top with parsley and Parmesan cheese then broil for 3-5 minutes.
