Ranch-Style Breasts and Thighs
  • 3 chicken breastsskinless, boneless
  • 3 chicken thighsskinless, boneless
  • 1/2cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 2tbsp yellow cornmeal
  • 1/4cup Parmesan cheesegrated
  • 1/2cup dry bread crumbs
  1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celcius. Then grease a baking sheet (9 by 13 inches)
  2. Mix the Italian seasoning, yellow cornmeal, Parmesan cheese, and breadcrumbs in a dish, Then pour the ranch dressing into a separate bowl.
  3. Dip chicken thighs and breasts into the ranch dressing, Then press the chicken to the bread crumbs mixture.
  4. Afterward, arrange the coated thighs and breasts on the baking dish.
  5. Cook the chicken for about 45-50 minutes or until the chicken is no longer pink.
