Ingredients
  • 2 slices bacon chopped
  • 1 scallion green and white parts thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup cheddar shredded
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes crushed
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried chives
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 blocks cream cheese
  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes crushed
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried chives
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 blocks cream cheese
  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Instructions
  1. Turn on your pressure cooker and press "Saute" then wait for two minutes.
  2. After two minutes, add the bacon (chopped) and cook until it become crispy.
  3. To stop sauteing, press the "Cancel" button
  4. Add the black pepper, salt, red pepper flakes, onion powder, garlic powder, chives, vinegar, water, cream cheese, and chicken on the pot. Then turn the pot on High Pressure for about 15 minutes, then perform a fast release.
  5. Move the chicken to a big plate and shred it. After which, return the chicken on the pot.
  6. Stir the cheddar cheese
  7. Top with scallion and crispy bacon, then serve
