  • 2tbsp sesame seedsoptional
  • 3 Egg Whites
  • 1cup boiling water
  • 2teaspoon cider vinegar
  • 1teaspoon baking powder
  • 5tablespoon ground psyllium husk powder
  • 1 1/4cups almond flour
  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celcius or 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Mix all the dried ingredients in a big bowl.
  3. Boil the water, then add it to the bowl. While beating the ingredients for about thirty seconds, place the egg whites and vinegar to the bowl. (Note: Do not over mix the dough)
  4. Dampen your hands, then create six pieces of dough. Then place them on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake the dough for 50 to 60 minutes.
  6. Serve with butter.
