Keto Bread

This bread has a soft and moist center and a crispy crust. You can serve it right from the oven or put on the freezer, defrost, then toast.

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds optional
  • 3 Egg Whites
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 2 teaspoon cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 5 tablespoon ground psyllium husk powder
  • 1 1/4 cups almond flour

  • 1 cup boiling water

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celcius or 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Mix all the dried ingredients in a big bowl.
  3. Boil the water, then add it to the bowl. While beating the ingredients for about thirty seconds, place the egg whites and vinegar to the bowl. (Note: Do not over mix the dough)
  4. Dampen your hands, then create six pieces of dough. Then place them on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake the dough for 50 to 60 minutes.
  6. Serve with butter.
