Egg and Sausage Breakfast Bites
  • Small Bunch of Parsleyor other fresh herbs
  • 8 to 10 eggs
  • 1/2cups uncooked, crumbled sausage
  • 1 small bunch kaleor other dark greens
  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Slice the kale then saute it in butter or oil.
  3. After sauteing, add the sausage. When the sausage is cooked, turn off the heat.
  4. Beat the eggs, then stir in the sausage, parsley, and kale.
  5. Place the mixture on a greased pan, then bake for about 20 to 25 minutes.
