Cauliflower Fried Rice
Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2 Pieces Eggs Scrambled
  • ½ tbsp. olive oil
  • ½ cup diced onion
  • 3 to 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • ½ cup thinly sliced carrots
  • ½ cup frozen peas
  • 3 cups of raw cauliflower, grated
Instructions
  1. Saute the onions and garlic in olive oil till the onions become transparent and soft.
  2. Then add the carrots and peas. Cook the newly added ingredients for about 3 to 4 minutes.
  3. Stir in the soy sauce, scrambled eggs, and cauliflower.
  4. Stir it frequently for about 5 to 7 minutes.
